The official language of the Conference is English. All presentations must therefore be made in English. |

INSURANCE
AND LIABILITY
The organizers are not responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own insurance policies. Further the organisers cannot assume any form of liability for changes in the programme due to the external disturbances. |

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
At present the organisers are not in a position to offer any financial assistance to the participants. However attempts are being made to approach various agencies for international development for funding of the Conference. After obtaining the commitments from these organizations financial assistance if any will be indicated in the second circular. |
