To identify and evaluate the cost effective and innovative technologies in water, land and environmental management particularly suitable to developing countries in the context of Sustainable Development and growing environmental concerns in the context of climate change.

To share the experience of the scientists, engineers, NGOs and policy makers throughout the globe in the field of water, land and environment with a focus on meeting the water, food and environmental security.
